Q – I see that there is a weeks worth of meals… do I pick them up all at once or do I have to pick them up individually every day?
A – Our Healthy Meals are picked up all at once weekly at
1PM in the afternoon at Courtyard on The Ridge, 407 Folse St., River Ridge Louisiana. You will be notified of the day.
(I do offer pick up at the Target parking lot Clearview Shopping Mall)
Your meals are stored in your refrigerator once you pick them up.
Q – Do I have to make an appointment or can I just come by and pick up my order?
A – You will receive notification of your meal purchase. All meals are picked up at our location on the day specified at 1:00 PM
Q – How will I know what the current meals are? Do I have to go to your site on Facebook?
A – We post the menus weekly on Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
Q – When I order will I get an email notification or receipt confirming my order?
Will you call me to confirm my order?
A – Yes, we confirm every order by the means that it was placed.
Q – How do I get in touch with you, phone, email or both?
A – Phone, text, email, (fb messenger has been used also)
Q – I understand that I can order “Extra Protein”, how much is the additional cost of this?
A – Extra Protein is an additional $20.00 and is usually for 10 meals.
