Since 1983 Bill Laderer also known as “Uncle Bill” from his Metairie restaurant is known for his World Famous Cajun Fried Turkeys and large events, a catering passion that he has shared across the Gulf South.

Executive Chef Bill Laderer provides a number of indoor and outdoor full catering services. This includes special events, mobile catering and a Wedding Venue… Courtyard on The Ridge. Chef Laderer is always coming up with news ways to please his clients, including a year round Mardi Gras Parade that newly married couples get to enjoy as they leave their reception at Courtyard on the Ridge.

Chef Laderer’s focus is on quality of food and service for on and off-site catering, his food is always cooked from scratch from the most fresh ingredients. We love to cater to Corporate, convention, weddings, on site crawfish boils, upscale cocktail parties, company picnics, full feature film photo/video shoots, aircraft catering and disaster/restoration catering.

We will travel to bring a cajun/creole special event to you. We have catered for Political and Entertainment notables, full feature films, video shoots, backstage catering, mobile kitchen to cook on site so that you can enjoy our fresh from scratch cuisine!
